Glowming Affiliate application

1. Clause 1 of 13ROLE

   I understand that as a Glowming Circle Affiliate (GA), I am appointed to promote and sell Glowming products directly to my clients, and that this agreement will auto-renew on a year-to-year basis unless terminated by either party.

   I have read and accept Clause 1.
2. Clause 2 of 13DUTIES

   I agree to professionally market and promote Glowming products through approved channels only, using Glowming-approved marketing materials, and to respect the Recommended Retail Price (RRP). I will direct customers to finalise purchases via the Glowming website using my unique affiliate link or QR code.

   I have read and accept Clause 2.
3. Clause 3 of 13KNOWLEDGE

   I agree to study and become fully knowledgeable of the Glowming marketing material including the "Ingredients & Benefits" and "Frequently Asked Questions" documents as well as the Glowming website contents and functionality.

   I have read and accept Clause 3.
4. Clause 4 of 13CONDUCT

   I agree to adhere to Glowming's Code of Conduct, including: no reputational harm to Glowming or its products, no misrepresentation of product benefits, and no selling of competing detox/wellness drinks while active.

5. Clause 5 of 13COMMISSION

   I understand that I will receive a recurring R45.00 commission for each verified Glowming pouch (containing 10 sachets) sold through my affiliate link. Commission amounts will be adjusted if the RRP prices change. The minimum monthly payout threshold is R200.00, and payouts are processed on the 14th day of each calendar month. Returns/refunds will be deducted from the following month's payout.

6. Clause 6 of 13COMPLIANCE

   I understand that written authorisation is required to sell Glowming products through any other means than the Glowming website. I may not appoint third-party agents or resellers, solicit affiliates linked to another GA or GCM, or allow sales outside the Official Glowming Website. No unauthorised health claims, false posts, or price undercutting are permitted.

   I have read and accept Clause 6.
7. Clause 7 of 13CONTENT REMOVAL

   I agree to immediately remove any posts or content if directed to do so by Glowming SA or Glowming International, and to maintain a professional appearance and hygiene during public promotions.

8. Clause 8 of 13SALES TARGET

   I understand that Glowming Circle Affiliates (GA's) must meet Glowming SA's minimum sales requirements, currently set at 20 Glowming pouches per month, and that GA's have a 90-day probation period to reach this requirement.

   I have read and accept Clause 8.
9. Clause 9 of 13TERMINATION

   I understand that failure to meet sales requirements may result in termination with 60 days' written notice. Breach of agreement allows 7 days to rectify, else termination with 7 days' written notice. All commissions and benefits terminate immediately upon agreement conclusion or cancellation.

10. Clause 10 of 13INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

    I acknowledge that GA's are not defined as employees in terms of Section 213 of the Labour Relations Act. I am regarded as an independent contractor and I am solely responsible for my own tax affairs with SARS. Glowming accepts no responsibility or liability in this regard. If required by SARS, Glowming SA may deduct appropriate taxes before commission payouts.

11. Clause 11 of 13CONFIDENTIALITY

    I agree not to disclose any confidential Glowming information to any third party and further agree not to operate competing products or consult rivals during the term of this agreement.

12. Clause 12 of 13POPIA

    I agree to protect customer data in line with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act) and provide feedback for improvement.

13. Clause 13 of 13GOVERNING LAW

    I acknowledge that this Agreement is governed by South African law and that all written notices may be sent via email.
